Based on 38 years of experience in the field of child development (educator, author, international speaker) Sandy shares her wit and her wisdom, emphasizing solutions to the myriad of problems children have today:

  • Not minding.
  • Not taking responsibility for their choices.
  • Lack of commitment and follow-through.
  • Disrespectful behavior and choices.
  • Offensive attitude.
  • Disassociation from the family unit.

As a successful consultant to parents and schools, Sandy uses her “how to” approach to teach effective ways to work with today’s children. She explains why we must work with today’s children in a different way than ever before.

If parents are asked to stop spanking, yelling at, threatening and bribing their children in order to behave, they must have something to put in those places of choice that (1) is easy, (2) works and (3) does not emotionally or physically harm the child. This way of working with children is a solution that anyone who works with children can successfully use.

Sandy is the creator of ParentingSOS.com, a website where parents can get free parent training. Sandy’s solution for replacing threatening, bribing, yelling and hitting with the use of boredom is a revolutionary solution. Abusive and passive parenting problems will stop!
