Anger Management
Time: Up to 3 hours
Target Group: Student behavior modification inservice for teachers.
Corporations: Vital training for all corporate employees.
- Break the Anger-Resentment-Revenge cycle.
- Help an individual diffuse his/her anger.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Confront someone without escalating the
problem.
- Use boredom over punishment or excessive anger as
a discipline strategy.
Anger that is not dealt with turns to Resentment;
Resentment that is not dealt with turns to Revenge. The ANGER-RESENTMENT-REVENGE cycle must be broken to decrease the amount of
anger related problems in our schools, corporations and communities.
Individuals who understand anger become more
productive. They have specific skills for working with their own anger and the anger of others. They
become more productive. If we are to live in safe communities, we must
teach our adults and our children to work positively with anger.
